Utility Billing.
ONE TIME PAYMENTS (NO LOGIN REQUIRED)
If you would like to make a one time payment without logging in, please click one time payment. Two boxes will appear. The first part of the account number goes into the first box and the second part goes into the second box with no dashes. One time payments can only be made using a credit or debit card. There is no charge.
TO LOGIN:
If you have been on this website before, your username will be your email address. If you have not, please click new user.
If you are a new user: You will receive an email that enables the account. If you do not receive the email, please call the Utility Billing Department at 850-233-5100 ext. 3 during regular business hours. When you log in for the first time you will need to add in your account. Click Add Account.
Please enter in the following information for your account. There will be four boxes. Put each one of these numbers in the corresponding box.
Your account number is on your bill. The cycle/route number are the two digits to the right of your bill in xx-xx format. If you are unsure of these numbers please call the Utility Billing Department.

Cycle: XX
Route: XX
Ignore the red sentences at the bottom of the screen. They are always there.
Click submit. In the middle of the screen in blue it will say account added successfully.
For Autopay:
Once the account is added; click Autopay. To change existing information, after your click on Autopay, new tabs will appear on the left-hand menu. Click Modify or Disable to change information. If you are starting autopay, after you click on Autopay it will give you the option to enroll to on the right-hand side. CC is credit card and ACH is checking account.
You should be able to enter your new card or account at this point and save it.
One Time payments are under Account Information.
